Hello CS forum. I was one of those poor saps who waited in line all morning for a iPhone 4 and when I finally got it and brought it home to activate I forgot to deactivate the authenticator attached to my account. Currently I am locked out of my account due to this stupid move. How quickly after sending the email in will the authenticator attached currently be disabled so I am able to re-add the new serial number. I sent the email in around 4:08 EST. Thank you and have a pleasant day.

The old phone was wiped clean :( I did this with 4 hours sleep in a 48 hour window so I was not that bright of a person. I hate how I have done this.

Unfortunately, Crios, the Game Master department is unable to remove an authenticator that may be on your account. Only our Billing and Account services could do so and only once you have verified that you are the registered user on the account.

Depending on the level of information you have available they may be able to while over the phone but in some cases we will require a particular form to be completed along with a copy of your ID. I believe the following form is the one required.

For those of you who may still have the option Fenixphyre provided some instructions that may prove useful. Otherwise you will need to contact Billing directly.
