Q u o t e:
Hello, I was recruited by a friend about 40+ days ago and when the 40 days ended I purchased a month-to-month subscription. I do not know if I read something incorrectly, actually I'm positive I read that when a recruit account purchases either a 60 day prepaid card or subscription then the veteran account will get a free month. It's been about a day since the purchase and the veteran account is left without 1 free month.
This is not only the issue with our link, but another link he has with yet another recruit. He recruited us the same time and we paid for the subscription around the same time.
-Keep in mind I did purchase a month-to-month subscription (I made sure of it) and both my trial AND first month are over.
I can see that you upgraded to the full version of World of Warcraft, but I do not yet see where your payment was applied to this account. Have you actually applied a 60 day Pre-Paid Game Card to the account in question via your Account Management page at (
https://us.battle.net/account/management/wallet.html)?
Please keep in mind that barring application of a Pre-Paid Game Card (which should apply immediately), that all other payment options will result in the Veteran account receiving their rewards during your first payment cycle. For example, if you purchased a recurring month to month subscription, you would have 10 free days from the Recruit A Friend promotion, then 30 free days from upgrading to a full World of Warcraft account, then 30 days of paid time, then your cycle would 'turn over', thus furnishing Recruit A Friend rewards.
