Posting Suggestion for CS Forums

I noticed that, with an account that is banned from the forums, you still cannot post in the CS forums (or technical support forums either?).

I would think that, while understandably, once a user is banned from the forums, he is banned. But to be banned from CS forums to post about CS related issues ? Why would this be the case? would suggest opening at least CS forums to any user just in case the user has a CS related issue?

This sounds like a great idea to post in the Suggestions forum, Hayashibara. Please keep in mind, though, that even if a player's posting account is banned from the World of Warcraft forums, that player can still request service through multiple different channels: phone call, email, petition, and web form. :)

It's also important to remember that this forum is ultimately one meant for guidance.
