No response regarding "Can't use that here".

I am unable to use any flying mounts in Outland despite having 300 riding skill. I understand the only way to resolve this is to send a GM ticket however nobody seems to be responding. I have hand an open, unedited ticket for four days now, and even sent an email two days ago. I don't have much faith that purchasing Cold weather flying will help, so is there any other way to get some assistance?
