Never Ticket Reponses

I am sick and tired of never getting reponses to my tickets, If we pay for a game you would figure ya'll could at least hire some good GMs right? No. I've waiting over 4 days in some cases since ive been back in WoW i have never gotten ANY respnses to my tickets. This is rediculious. EVERY time i make a ticket it says "We are currently getting a high volume of petitions"... You know what might solve this? Hire MORE GMS. Ya'll have TONS of money yet theres NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and im sick and tired of not being able to get help with various bugs. So lets see what excuse a Blizzard empolyie comes up with, If they even respond to this.

As to the petition you have open currently, it's 58 minutes old - and I'm afraid it's not an issue a Game Master can assist with.

I'd recommend you post in your class forum or the bug forum.
