Randomly added to a RealID conversation

Recently after finishing a random heroic as soon as I got past the loading screen to dal I got a notification saying I had joined a conversation with two other people. I haven't added anyone using RealID nor has anyone tried to add me that I am aware of. I didn't know the other two players in the conversation either. Getting added to a convo I didn't want to be in wasn't that big of a deal..I just left. What bugged me is that instead of my char name being displayed it displayed my first and last name to ppl I don't even know. That didn't exactly make me happy. I've looked on battle.net for an option to change this but couldn't find anything. Is there something I'm missing?
