I have been trying to transfer this character from Horde to Alliance for the past two days. I keep getting an error message saying that she has mail coming to her or in her mailbox. I have cleaned out her mailbox and waited two days now to try and make this happen. I have submitted a ticket in game as well but it is still unanswered after two days. Please help!! I really do want to give my money for this faction change but it just won't let me.
The mail that was in this character’s in-box has since been deleted, Allbeefpatty. You may need to wait roughly ten minutes before the system will detect the changes, but you should be able to initiate the Faction Change at that time. :0)
