Hacked! Help please!

Hello, my level 80 warrior got hacked today, they deleted everything - including my warglaives and my sulfras, i'm so mad :(

I was able to get the keylogger off fairly quickly and reset my password on my other computer. I opened a GM ticket in game but i assume that is probably just a lost cause, it's already been hours and ive seen nothing from a GM so i thought i'd post here.

Please help me, i've put in too much time to lose everything now. My friend told me GMs usually are able to restore everything and get my gold back but im not sure, i hope so....

Please help!!

This has been entered into the investigation queue for you, Gohome.

At the moment, investigations are taking a bit over 10 days. They are trying to get to everyone as quickly as possible.

We can never guarantee a restoration, but in promptly reported cases - the outcomes are normally good, it will take awhile.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
