Misplaced My Authenticator

You'll want to call Billing for assistance in getting it removed. If you jotted down the serial number, that will be most helpful.

They may need a bit more identity information, sometimes that can be done on the phone. That is for your protection, certainly don't want Joe down the street calling up to get YOUR authenticator removed :)
