Can't faction change character due to mail.

Was a bit of scam spam stuck in your email. Give this a try now.

It's the same problem I'm having. Chances are you got a phishing ingame mail, just like I did, and you either reported it for spam, or it was one of the ones caught by the unseen spam filter. The only way to get rid of it is to have a GM purge your mail. (Got that directly from a CSR/Billing guy.) So put in a ticket or pray a GM sees your post and mine so we get this taken care of with the 2-3 day wait for our tickets to be gotten to.

Everyone to this point should find that they are able to now initiate the paid service they intended to perform on the character they listed in this thread. Feel free to give it a shot and report back here if you find that you are still having difficulty.

In the future, Auralian, it would be best to create a new thread instead of bumping one from a couple of weeks ago. Though we try to keep an eye on threads that may have been answered previously we usually only will do so the same day that we originally answered it.

The mail has been cleared so you should be set. :)

No apology needed, Auralian. :) I just want to make sure that if someone is having an issue that they, and you, take the appropriate steps to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

Those of us who moderate this forum are happy to help clear a mailbox of spam that may be preventing the transfer or faction change, we just deal with a great many threads and unlike contacting the In-Game Support department via petition or e-mail we are unable to answer all threads so some are missed.
