OK, I'm not sure if this has been addressed or not yet but after the last patch about half of the people in my guild no longer have their perks but some do. Weird :o
A lot of the new guild features are being worked on so many of them may or may not work, which is ok for now. They should all be disabled, but a few might be in. If you experience any crashing/client freezes from any of the guild features, please let us know =). Thanks for the report!
