I posted earlier about a loot mihap with a staff from LK, we all had tickets in (except me) and the lootmaster got a response. He said it said they were going to take the neccecary steps, etc. But that was a lot earlier, and I still have not heard anything.

Lootmaster: Palaedemon - Barthilas (He got his ticket answered)
and this character was the one with the loot mishap!

The issue here is although this was a mistake, the player with the item is the one that needs to contact us.

Once it's been awarded, well - possession is 9/10ths of the law as they say.

It was looked into, but under these circumstances, the only player that we could accept this request from is the one that has the item. Since there is a 2 hour window on trades in a dungeon anymore, we don't get a lot of those, a player willing to give the item up can hand it over themselves.
