Equipped a BoE epic not knowing it was BoE

I recently obtained Ikfirus's Sack of Wonder from the gunship battle in 25-man ICC. I equipped it right away since it was a large upgrade from what I had, but I had not realized it was a very valuable bind-on-equip item until a few days later. It can sell for up to 15k gold on my realm, and I've been trying to find a fast way to obtain gold.

Is there any chance I can have this item unbound from me and placed back into my inventory? I honestly thought it was BoP, and I was not aware of the item's potential worth.

A chance? A slight one, Duskryn. This is not something that I believe we would do under most circumstances though. It doesn't hurt to ask though.

Well it's more like finding the Holy Grail and clicking on the Accept button that you and only you will be drinking from it. :)

You can submit an in-game petition, Duskryn, your request will be looked into and they'll let you know if they can grant it.

Queue times are currently around 4-5 days though they seem to be falling. Just leave the petition open and someone will review it as soon as possible.
