Character Cloned In Select A Char. Screen

I just transfered my Character Hersir to Mal'Ganis and purchased a Faction change as soon as he arrived, now there are two Hersir in the screen. Except with the numbers and letters after the name for a Name change (it was already taken or the name change with the faction change I guess). Just wondering is it normal to have two there?

I get the little message I can not play them until my faction change is completed also... I hope it do not takes days.


EDIT: I think its gone away now and it was just normal, logging in now. No, i got an Email saying it was done but I still have no option to change faction and still a HersirEE8520 and HersirEE85E8

From what we have been able to find they are going through, some transactions are a little delayed though. From what I can see, Hersir, your name is taken by the secondary character resulting from the Faction Change process. Once your Faction Change has completed that character should disappear and you'll be able to name your character again.
