Hacked and character deleted

Yeah, I found the damn keylogger after a few scans with Avast. I really have no idea where it came from, either. Another question though, looking back through emails, my password was reset during the time I was hacked. Now, if it was the keylogger, why would the hacker need to reset my password? If he really wanted to, he could have just changed it. Did Blizzard reset the password as a precaution?

This is open as an investigation, if this was from the 19th, that was likely our reset. That is perfectly normal in a compromise situation - at least once, sometimes multiple times.
