How much patience do you expect me to have? Do you think I don't have a right to be angry? I ordered my product on the 15th it is now the 20th, you made sure to take my money but yet you don't give me what I pay for. I posted when on this topic but you give absolutely no information on what exactly is going on.

This will be the last time I ever buy anything via your blizzard store again. Poor customer service, Poor updates, you just expect us to sit here and wait and expect to have endless patience and not get angry at all? I bet that if you were in our situation and you paid for something you aren't getting you'd be pissed too. Now I can understand 1 or 2 days, but 5 days blizzard? Seriously? There is absolutely no excuse for this type of delay. If the problem is too many requests, then you shouldn't of allowed people to continue to purchase items until you got it fixed, but no, you continued to take money from people but not give them what they pay for.

Don't expect me to be pissed? Get real.

I completely understand your frustration, actually. Unfortunately, this is an unforeseen issue that we're still investigating. We are not requesting that you post in the aforementioned sticky so that we can make adjustments to your character; we've made this request so that we can easily track this information and forward it on to the appropriate parties. We'll continue to investigate this issue in hopes of having your pets/mount mailed to you as soon as possible, but I do not have any additional information regarding how long this process will take.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope to see this issue addressed as soon as possible.
