This will be the last time I ever buy anything via your blizzard store again. Poor customer service, Poor updates, you just expect us to sit here and wait and expect to have endless patience and not get angry at all? I bet that if you were in our situation and you paid for something you aren't getting you'd be pissed too. Now I can understand 1 or 2 days, but 5 days blizzard? Seriously? There is absolutely no excuse for this type of delay. If the problem is too many requests, then you shouldn't of allowed people to continue to purchase items until you got it fixed, but no, you continued to take money from people but not give them what they pay for.
Don't expect me to be pissed? Get real.
