i canceled my account last month and its been un-active since june 6th. i got an email saying my password was reset the other day. so i checked i couldn't login to manage my account. i emailed [email protected] she said to call billing i called billing their busy, so i emailed billing. billing reset my password for me, i updated avg and did a scan no nothing on my new computer w7 ultimate. i changed my email pw.

the hacker, reactivated my account, added an authenticator, stripped my freaking characters, deleted my god damn lvl 80 orc warrior and created a freaking alliance character lvl 1 wtf is going on.

i want all my stuff back and my gold exact same as i left it on june 6th. i haven't logged in since june5th the nite before how the heck am i getting hacked?

anyways, i need my [gear] back for when cata is released. cause i've been working a lot this summer and i may move to washington so i dont really have time to attend a raid.

but yeah, can't you guys track who ever put credit card info to purchase 1 month and an authenticator? cause seriously what the hell

We'll certainly do our best to restore the losses you experienced, Nazrahkai. It sounds as if you're doing all the right things by recovering your account and reporting the compromise via in-game petition. I do, however, suggest that you spend some time dedicated to securing your computer and registered e-mail address if you haven't already done so.

For more information, please review the following resources:

Please be aware that, in total, the restoration process can take in upwards of two weeks to provide, so I encourage you to try to remain as patient as possible. If you have any questions in the meantime, please let us know.
