Password reset email

Hello again,


I wonder if the email with the new password has already been sent because i have not received anything yet and i dont know if there's somehting wrong with my email filter. Also if it possible i would like to receive this email on my mon's email that is more "trustable" and i shouldnt have those issues with filters

Emails can be changed, and in a compromise situation, that's actually wise.

We cannot change an email from the Game Master department, but Billing can help with that.

I'd recommend calling them.

Yes, this did go out.

It could have been caught in a spam filter....or, they could be in your email - that happens with some frequency with compromised accounts as well.

Well, we could, but if you didn't receive the first, doubtful you'll get the second.

If you call Billing an have your email changed, they could resend it for you as well.
