Found my toon after being hacked.

I was wondering if I could work on my character.

Let me explain. I was working on raising my city faction reps this weekend, but I had gotten hacked this morning and found myself on a new server with all my gold missing.

The account management team said they would work on getting my character back to my original server.

Is it safe to work on any achievements at this point or should I hold off on that for now?

If a character was transferred or faction changed do NOT use them. Well, you CAN use them - but anything you do in the wrong realm/faction will disappear when this is resolved so it's rather pointless.

They should be returned as they were (or as close as possible) when this is resolved.

Question will my arena teams be restored as well?

Sadly, Arena teams are something we just can't restore - I wish we could.

That would be a question for our Developers. You are more than welcome to recommend that in the Suggestion Forum if you like.
