Unable to Enter Call Q - Billing Issue

I had received an email for my account

Stating that there was some sort of chargeback for my vanilla WoW key.

I had called in and spoke to a representative about the issue and he said it appeared the guy I purchased the key from had purchased thousands of fraudulent keys.

The resolution of this was that I was to send a money order for the amount of $19.99 to Blizzard Entertainment.

The spokesperson said that if I called back with tracking information they could unlock the account right now so I can get playing again.
