Character restoration issues

Hello, I submitted a ticket about two or three days ago regarding my account compromise, and I heard back just today about it. My account was hacked, they took all my stuff and sold it, I checked my ingame mail and found 800 gold but no items, nothing. I am wondering what happened and why I didnt get my gear/weapons/items back

From what I could find out, Saphiroth, this matter is being looked into again. If we are able to restore the gear you originally lost we will be taking back the gold that was provided to help the character, just so you know.

It seems that you are currently logged in, Saphiroth, have you visited the mailbox yet? You do seem to have mail in-game and to your registered e-mail address.
