Burning Crusade key not working

As you can see this is a normal account. I am trying to upgrade it with a burning crusade key.

I have 3 keys for Burning crusade but all come up with the same error.

An error has occurred.

I would like some feedback as to why this is happening.

FFS I just paid cash for 3 boxed copies of burning crusade. I would like some help on how to upgrade my account.

I sincerely apologize for the confusion, Roofus. There is a 72 hour window in which you will be unable to upgrade your account to the Burning Crusade using retail keys. This waiting period is in place to ensure your original digital upgrade transaction is approved completes normally. You should be able to upgrade to the Burning Crusade in approximately 48 to 72 hours, and this is a process that we, or our Billing department, are able to circumvent.

I agree. This is something we've already spoken with the web team about and hope to see updated soon. :)
