You guys ever going to respond to my open ticket? Why doesn't blizzard hire more people if are experiencing a high amount of petitions, I've seen that message for like the past two years...........

Actually, we're actively hiring more representatives as quickly as possible. I think sometimes people overlook at the logistics that go into hiring employees; increasing the size of your staff is not all that easy. We must review applications, conduct interviews, send out job offers, train new employees, find places for them to sit and computer to work on, and only once all of those things are settled will they be able to assist our players. Trust me, we want what's best for each and every one of you, and we realize that increasing the size of our staff to better accommodate the demand is a pressing matter.

Actually it can vary quite a bit at the moment, but it should take at most 6 or 7 days total.
