Alright so, I am in the process of restoring my account and last time I talked to a GM about it he said he would forward to a specialist and such. It has now just hit the 5 day mark and I was wondering how long does this usually take? Am i close to getting my stuff back? Thanks.

The process can currently take up to 2 weeks. We're actively working to bring that wait time down as soon as possible, but a bit of patience may be required.
