Blizzard supports ninja's?

About 2 weeks ago there was a guy in trade chat linking his Leatherworking skills LFW. I decided to have him make me something. I asked him if he would make me earthsoul boots or whatever they are called, Cost me 4,000 gold in mats, he agree'd.

He took my mats, made the boots, left group, put me on ignore, and logged off....basicly a sad attempt of a ninja! Immediatly I put a GM ticket up, told them what happened...a few days went by and I got a message that my ticket is being investegated by a specialist.

A few more days went by and I saw him doing the same thing to other people over trade chat again!!! So this time I jumped on my alt, whispered him...told him who I was and told him I reported him and hope it was worth it! He replied back "LOL , Blizzard won't do anything, I have been doing this for 2-3 months now". Of course I did not believe that, and continued to wait for my ticket to be served.


it took them almost 2 weeks to serve this ticket, and this is the message i get today.."blah blah blah sorry to inform you we may/may not get your items lost, it has been forwarded to a specialist......and IF there was any action taken we will pursue it blah blah blah.....but there is no garentee any action will be taken"



.......................................REALLY???I wait 2 week for a automated message that you send 99% of people who put up garbage tickets?

This is actually being looked into as we speak, Netstorm. It seems that it was escalated to the appropriate department and will be addressed in just a little while.

My apologies for any confusion surrounding the wait times, though. It seems that your petition was opened just under 9 days ago which is right around our average wait time for issues of this variety.
