Did Not Receive Rewards For Recruiting Friend

I recruited a friend and she bought a pre-paid card for two months. The code that she received in her e-mail was entered in as required and I watched her as she purchased the two month subscription. However, my page says she is only using a ten day trial and says I have no rewards. Any help would be much appreciated.

Based on my investigation, it appears as though your friend has two World of Warcraft accounts, and it would seem that she has applied her 60 day game card to the wrong account (i.e. not the one that you Referred). At this point, it will be necessary for her to contact our Account Services department to see what her options are for correcting the error. Here's that contact information for your convenience:
