Ok so here it is...
On June 6th I received an e-mail stating that my account got closed for "Abuse of the Economy". This is what it said :
***Notice of Account Closure***
Account Name: DAR*******
Reason for Closure: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy This account was closed because one or more characters were identified exchanging, or contributing to the exchange of, in-game property (items or gold) for "real-world" currency. This exchange process negatively impacts the World of Warcraft game environment by detracting from the value of the in-game economy.
That's where I found that I got hacked, I was really frustrated but I kept my cool and sent an and e-mail to [email protected] regarding this issue. That week I played 2-3 times I don't quite remember but the only thing I was doing is leveling my Orc Warrior in Northrend.
After 4 days, on June 10th I received another e-mail saying that the status of my account had been forwarded to a specialist for an analysis. They had me reset my password and all. They even sent an e-mail with a link for a feedback regarding my issue even when my problem isn't solved...
Now as of today, the 17th of June my account is still closed and I finally decided to write on the forum so that GM can help me, since I don't get a clear answer by e-mail.
So please, can any of you GM out there can help me out ?
My account is still closed and I want to play again.
