Pets not showing up in game

Hi,

I redeemed two non-combat pets over 24 hours ago, and neither have shown up in my mailbox on any character. I have tried calling support, but it says all lines are busy and that they are taking no calls. Since I bought these, it would be nice to have them in game.

Essentially, Ramunn, the redeemed pets are eventually arriving though it is taking long than normal. Our staff is looking into the delay.
