I logged on last night and saw that my characters had all of their stolen items returned for the most part. I owe your departments a thank you for resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. I did notice however that the items stolen from all my guild's banks was not restored. Is this a separate restoration process? Or do the GMs of the guilds get the items mailed back etc?

Also, most all of my items were returned just as they were taken with the same gems and enchants on them with the exception of lower level characters that got items such of "of shadow wrath" etc returned with no enchants and no added stats at all. Is this normal? My 39 warlock for example had a "sacrificial kriss of shadow wrath" with soulfrost enchanted on it and it was returned as just a sacrificial kriss with no stats and no enchant.

Check with the guild masters - items from a guild bank should be sent back directly to them.

If NOT, have them contact us. Usually a guild bank is worked at the same time - providing we know about it at the time.
