My pre-paid credit card won't go through

i purchased a 50 dollar pre-paid credit card from a gas station, it is is active becuase i checked it online. however im trying to do a faction change but the card wont go through. im positive im entering all the information correctly and i have tried dozens of times. Does WoW not accept pre-paid credit cards?

Does it have a Visa or Mastercard logo? I believe that is a requirement, not all of them have that.

You could contact Billing and ask, all I've ever heard of on the pre-paids is Visa and Mastercard.

Billing would know more.
