Sticker on the back of the authenticator

The sticker on the back of my authenticator fell off, although I didnt lose it, it would become a hassle if i did lose it or my authenticator ran out of batteries or something, Can i get a replacement or do i have to order another athenticator

That may be the best option. Authenticators should last for several years but in the event they break or the battery dies prematurely our Billing and Account Service department should have a replacement option. I'm not certain if that applies to the sticker though. You may simply want to keep the serial number in a safe place just in case you need it.
