Possible scam? please confirm or deny

i just recieved this in my other e-mail account and it's not even my registered address i use for my WoW account so i figured i should report it

We will only send e-mails to your registered e-mail address, and we will not threaten to close your account if you do not take some form of action such as visiting a website.
