Account permanently disabled for no reason.

My account was permanently disabled for spamming, according to the email I was sent. I bought my account around january and never bought a prepaid card. I bought one and when I went to put time on my account it was disabled. Tell me how I could of been disabled for spamming if I never played on the account. This obviously is a mistake that can easily be resolved, or I was scammed for 100 bucks. Please respond asap....
