Question About Gear Recovery

I submitted a ticket the first day I got my account that was hacked back into my possession . Ticket said i needed my gear recovered.

Now my question is: Does that ticket need to be remained opened? Because It's not on my screen anymore and I had never closed it. Is my gear still in the process of being recovered is what I'm trying to get to here.

In total, it can take in upwards of 2 weeks to receive restoration, Põpe, so it may take another week if your information was forwarded up approximately 7 days ago.
