I referred a friend. She tried to play with me the other night, but the summon function didn't work. So we did something else, and I put in a ticket. The next day my ticket was answered (thank god I had one open for 5 days recently) and the gm told me to contact billing. Of course, nobody answers the phone at blizzard. Tried yesterday, tried today ... meanwhile, her 10 trial period is ticking away, and she's losing interest in the game, which is a bummer for me because now i'm going to have to take her to dinner and stuff (grrr). Anyway, can you help me out while she still has a free day left and a mild interest in your game?
