[Bug] Guild Masters not working

Hi. Today I tried to turn in a guild chart and found that Orgrimmar, Dalaran and Undercity (I didn't try TB) guild masters open an empty vendor panel when asked "how do I form a guild" instead of the usual dialog to buy/turn in the guild chart, making impossible to create a guild at the moment.
EDIT: Got the same result with another char, so the problem is with the npcs, not my char
EDIT2: not working after the patch either

Hey all,

I've been informed that Guild functionality has been disabled. This was done to prevent crashing, among other issues, while the new guild features are being worked on right now. Those currently in guilds should have some limited guild access (i.e. chat, bank, etc). Sorry for the inconvenience.
