Removing an account from B.Net

I currently have two accounts merged under one email. I'd like one account to be removed. Can I have this done through an in-game ticket or is this something only Blizzard Support can do?

It will indeed be necessary to contact our Billing & Account Services staff for assistance with this kind of transaction. Additionally, it is fairly rare for an existing Battle.net account to be 'split' in this fashion, and there are factors which can prevent such a transaction from being performed.
