Hi i was hacked jun 6 my ticket was sent up the following day. I have been waiting for an account specialist for 11+ days and am now outside the high end estimate. Why so long and how much longer do i have to wait> any response would be greatly appreicated.

Hrm, may I assume that the account you are posting from is not the affected account? If not, may I ask for the name and realm of a character on the affected acccount? While I'm unlikely to be in a position to provide a specific eta regarding the results of your investigation, I'd like to make sure that nothing untoward has occurred.
