Hey my account was hacked badly, my mage was moved to a new realm called grizzly hills and was changed to a blood elf with a new name. can you please fix my problem? And I tried making a in-game ticket, but no one respond to my subject.

Your petition will be address but it will take several days to undo what damage was caused during the compromise. The most important thing to do is to make sure your system is secure. Your case will be forwarded for investigation and you will be contacted via your registered e-mail with the results.
