A friend of mine recently got his account hacked not once but twice. The first time his account was hacked, he was banned for botting (damn gold farmers). Upon receiving the email about his ban he contacted Blizzard and the account was unlocked. Shortly after his account was hacked and banned again. He had already ordered his Authenticator and was awaiting its arrival. He now has his Authenticator and has it linked to his account, the spy ware that was assisting the hacker has since been removed as well. He had put in a ticket that was sent up the chain to only be closed with no response of any sort to him. Obviously I will not give out information here as to his email or anything else. If its needed he has put in a new ticket and I can get that ticket number for you. Obviously you can not discuss his personal or ticket information with me and that's fine, But is the type of customer service we should expect? Tickets closed with no response at all and no action taken to correct the issue.
