Question about hack

i had a question when my account was hacked. how is possible happened that i didn't received any massage when my account's passcode was changed by hacker? is there anyone can change the passcode without confirm by email. if the hacker get my email account also, thats fine. But i checked out my email, thats nothing. And the hacker change my passcode twice when i find my account was hacking. so i have to doubt the employee of worldwarcraft join this action.

When a password reset is requested, an e-mail is sent to your registered e-mail address for verification purposes. Only once a link within this e-mail is followed will the password be reset. I see that this process has been initiated several times for this account and e-mails were sent for each attempt. If you do not see these e-mails sent to your registered e-mail address, the malicious party likely has access to your registered e-mail address and is deleting these e-mails before you see them.
