i recently got an email after sending out an email for a petition for character restoration, but after waiting 7 days instead of a character restoration they gave me an apology not ='( what do i do as a next step? continue waiting? or contact them again? the email stated to come here because someone might be able to help me out. Would appreciate if a blue helped me out please. PS. Wouldnt it have been easier just to solve the issue instead of sending a sorry note? lol. (unless it was a computerized in which case nvm.

Aha. I see what happened. It looks as if the character name was different from the name mentioned in your petition. Accordingly, the Game Master was unable to locate the missing character. After taking a second look, however, it appears that the character was restored. Please try creating a new character on Lightning's Blade to refresh your character select screen so that you may see your undeleted character. :)
