Cant see Character

OK I transferred this character to Turalyon. It says im in turalyon here on the forums and on my account screen. I did this transfer last night and when i logged on this morning it said i had 2 characters on that server (which is correct) But when i went to pick this character it was not there, Just my hunter.

When i did the transfer last night, i woke up this morning to check on the status, it said something about the character is locked and to click the unlock button. Now when i go to the server it says i only have 1 character there, my hunter.

Not sure if this a wait it out type of thing or if something got hosed up.
