Please help- Character not xfering,mail issue

The character you are trying to transfer has mail in his or her mailbox, or inbound mail that hasn't arrived yet (possibly from a quest). Please wait until all inbound mail has arrived and make sure your mailbox is empty before trying again.

This is the message that pops up when I try to transfer. I have checked my mail over a hundred times in the last 5 hours. I have deleted all my quests like suggested on one forums. I have submitted a ticket but am posting here to see if I can get a swifter response from a GM.

Please help. I extremely want to xfer, but with this situation going on I can not....

The character I want to transfer is Decalb. The server is Elune.
