GM ticket taking forever

i accidentily deleted my mage instead of deleting a different character, i've had the gm ticket open on a level one for days and it still says high volume. what gives?

I am sorry for the delay in response times, Neurological. We are working to reduce response times as best as we can, unfortunately they are higher than we would prefer.
