Can you separate 2 WoW accounts?

My brother and I use the same battle.net account for both of our accounts. We keep taking the authenticator from one another, so it is a real hassle to keep going downstairs to get it. Is it possible to separate 1 account from the 1 e-mail?
For example: My e-mail is [email protected], there is my brother's account, my account, and a PTR account under the battle.net e-mail. Can I take my brother's away from that e-mail?
