Hacked 6 days ago, queue check, and ??

Title says most of it, hacked, been about 6 days, making sure I'm in the queue.

Also, when I got hacked, the hackers added an authenticator to the account, I believe it has been taken off. If I want to add an authenticator to the account, is there any special steps I need to take, since the hackers had added one before? Or can I just order one normally to add to the account?

Lastly, I'm still nervous as can be when I do get my character's gear/gold/badges restored. Simply because, I have ran every scan I can think of, both with WoW closed, and with WoW login screen open with jibberish in fields, and nothing has shown up. Does anyone have any steps or tips to try to figure out how I got hacked, aside from reformatting my hard drive?

Thank you.

Your investigation is still in queue and will be addressed as soon as possible, Polkes. That said, you will not need to take any additional steps if you wish to attach an Authenticator of your own to the account. Simply acquire the Authenticator and attach it using the "Change Security Options" link within your Battle.net Account Management page. :)

We'll do our best to restore each of the losses you experienced, Polkes. Our investigators are quite adept at identifying and restoring items, characters, and gold lost as a result of compromise. For more information on how to secure your computer, please review the following support articles:
