Customer service not so good right now

I just recently got my account restored after being hacked and so far I have yet to get my gold back... Im still missing a few things, plus 25kG. I submitted another ticket (by editing the first) after accidentally selling my Battered Hilt, and could not buy it back from the vendor...servers went down for maintenance, and I have been had an open ticket since before then... I understand I am not he only person playing, but I didnt think it would take 3+ days to get some answers.

Sometimes tickets will disappear with escalation. This wasn't deleted, it was escalated and it is in queue at 2 days, 23 hours. I know it can be confusing to get a survey before an issue is resolved, but that quite often means it was transferred to another queue for further processing.

Many issues we deal with are handled in one swoop. Compromises are a bit more complicated. Depending on what was done, it may have to go to a few places to be fully resolved. The survey system at this time is automated and will kick one of those out when an account is touched.
