Loot Master - Member DC on boss fight.

Tuesday night June 15th I was the Loot Master in ICC25 for the guild Blood Of Thy Enemy on grizzly hills. During the saurfang encounter one of our rogues (Armanie) dc'd right on the start of the ecounter. She logged back on and finished the fight. She did damage to the boss and participated in the encounter.

Deathbringers Will Dropped and she was next in line to receive it, but when I went to loot it to her she wasn't in the list. So I looted it to myself to try to trade it to her and it said she was ineligible for the item.

I put a ticket in to get it fixed.

However, I had already made plans to xfer my hunter to Black Dragonflight later that night after the ICC 25 raid.

Currently the item is on my hunter in my bags on Black Dragonflight. I've had a G.M. ticket in on the issue since Tuesday right when it happened and it hasn't received an answer yet.

It's problematic because people think I xferred the toon to ninja the trinket. I have not worn the trinket, its been in my bag unworn since I received it.

Just waiting for a GM to answer the ticket to try to fix this mess before people come to my new server and cause drama with my new guild.

Technically, yes, we could create any number of items even if the player were not eligible for them. We would likely not be employed very long, but it could be done. O.o

We have policies and procedures in place and the Game Master or Specialist who looks into the request must follow those.

Ryios, though we recommend that you do not transfer before such cases are resolved I can completely understand why you were unable to wait. Your previous petition is in queue and I can see your follow up petition on your transferred character noting the move. Our In-Game Support staff will look into your request and see if we are able to grant it. Much depends on what can be verified though, if we able to verify that Armanie qualified for the loot we should be able to help.
