My friends account was hacked and closed
11 days ago due to a Trojan or key-logger on his computer. He put the anti-virus on and deleted the viruses. After that he sent an email to
[email protected], to say that he did not do the things that he did wrong and that he was hacked. He has waited
11 days, and Blizzard has not responded to the email saying if he can or can not have his account back. How long more should he have to wait for them to respond to his email?
